1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and StreamPro IPTV LLC ("StreamPro," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of California, USA.

By using our website (the "Site"), submitting a lead form, requesting a consultation, or purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Description of Services

StreamPro IPTV LLC provides the following services:

• IPTV Installation: Professional installation of internet protocol television hardware and software at your residence or business location in the USA.
• IPTV Subscriptions: Monthly subscription plans granting access to IPTV streaming content.
• Technical Support: Ongoing technical assistance for installed services.

All services are provided subject to availability in your geographic area. StreamPro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access certain services, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, address, phone number, and email address. You agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
• You will promptly update your information if it changes;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials;
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Billing

4.1 Fees

Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). StreamPro reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on your subscription start date. Installation fees are a one-time charge collected prior to or at the time of installation.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.

4.4 Late Payments

Failure to pay on the due date may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling +1 (800) 555-0100. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.2 Refunds

• Subscription fees: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
• Installation fees: If you cancel your request before the scheduled installation date, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of installation may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the installation quality, contact us within 7 days and we will re-service at no charge or provide a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use StreamPro's services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the service to access, stream, or distribute content in violation of applicable copyright or intellectual property laws;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service without written authorization;
• Share account credentials with individuals outside your household;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with our systems;
• Use the service for any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal purpose.

7. Installation Terms

• You must provide a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform installation work.
• A responsible adult (18+) must be present during the installation appointment.
• You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection meets minimum speed requirements (10 Mbps recommended).
• StreamPro is not responsible for pre-existing electrical, network, or structural issues at your property.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the StreamPro website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of StreamPro IPTV LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMPRO IPTV LLC PROVIDES ALL SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMPRO IPTV LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

StreamPro's total cumulative liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to StreamPro in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamPro IPTV LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if you are a subscriber) and posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
